Your pack shipment
All weekly orders will be harvested on Monday morning and will be received at the delivery address within 24 to 48 hours. (Tuesday or Wednesday).
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours by door-to-door courier service.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
The packages are cardboard boxes of dimensions 40x40x40 cm.
We ship to mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and European countries (belonging or not to the European Union).
Orders with shipment to mainland Spain will be free from the purchase of 12 kg or more of oranges and/or mandarins. If the order is for a smaller quantity, the shipping costs will be 6,66 €.
Orders with delivery to the Balearic Islands will have a shipping cost of 10,50 € regardless of the kilos of oranges and/or mandarins in the order.
Orders for European countries will vary depending on the country:
- European countries that are part of the European Union will have a shipping cost of 12 € for orders between 0-15 kg, 18 € for orders between 15-20 kg and 30 € for orders between 50-100 kg.
- Finland, Ireland and Sweden have different shipping costs. For these countries the shipping costs will be 25 € for orders between 0-15 kg, 50 € for orders between 15-20 kg and 90 € for orders between 50-100 kg.
- The shipping costs for European countries outside the European Union will be 30 € for orders between 0-15 kg, 50 € for orders between 15-20 kg and 90 € for orders between 50-100 kg.
-Delivery time in Spain: For deliveries in Spain the delivery time will be between 24 and 72 hours approximately after payment has been confirmed.
If for any reason you need the order Urgent or on a specific date, you should communicate it by means of a remark so that we can offer you the service as soon as possible.
-Delivery time to the Balearic Islands: Please consult in advance.
- Orders to European countries will be harvested on Mondays and will arrive at their destination within 5 to 7 days.
Receipt of the goods:
Generally, the goods will be delivered to the address specified.
-Any incident in transport must be notified within 24 hours, after the delivery. Over time estimate does not accept any complaints.
